Looking for an Finance/HR operation to join our Japan team and oversee of the Finance and function of HR. You can handle this dynamic position as a first Finance and HR to handle the spin off of this division into a separate company from scratch.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    • Review of all accounting transactions such as monthly, and annual closings.
    • Prepare annual budget and Reporting for monthly actual &forecasts.
    • Bank operation, Corresponding for Audit, Internal control activities and communication with Tax agency for Tax return and Statutory Financial Statement preparation etc.
    • Daily payroll system management/reporting personnel data and cooperation with the payroll provider.
    • Answering HR Admin & Payroll queries from employees.
    • Conducting standard HR & GA processes – onboarding, offboarding, payroll process, benefits enrollment and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Requirements
    • Work experience as an Accountant at least 5 years
    • Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted
    Accounting Principles (US & JGAAP)
    • Audit financial transactions and tax inspection
    • Data Analysis & Metrics
    • Conflict Resolution / Problem Solving
    • HR Compliance
