Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Manufacturing and assembly of spacecraft, as well as their subsystems and components, including mechanical and electrical inspection and testing
・Maintenance and inspection of equipment, measuring instruments, jigs, and tools used in assembly and inspection processes
・Storage, inventory management, and incoming inspection of materials, components, and auxiliary supplies, or support thereof
・Providing feedback to development teams for improvements in production processes, equipment, and jigs, as well as for cost reduction efforts
• 宇宙機やそれを構成するサブシステムやコンポーネントの製造・組立、およびそれらの機械的電気的な検査・試験
• 組立や検査工程の装置、計測器、治工具等のメンテナンスや検査
• 材料、部品、副資材等の保管、在庫管理、受入検査またはそのサポート
• 生産プロセスや装置/治具の改良、コスト低減に対する開発へのフィードバック

- Requirements
- ・Practical experience in mechanical and/or electrical manufacturing and inspection in a manufacturing environment
※Experience working as a member of a team or organization involved in manufacturing or inspection, regardless of scale
・Native-level Japanese proficiency or equivalent to JLPT N1
・Over 3 years of practical experience in the manufacturing, inspection, and testing of satellites
・Over 3 years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical assembly, inspection, and testing in the aerospace industry or similar fields such as the automotive industry
・Possession of on-site qualifications such as crane operation, slinging (rigging), working at heights, and high-pressure gas handling, or industrial certifications related to mechanical or electrical engineering
・Knowledge of spacecraft systems, space debris removal, and on-orbit servicing
・Practical experience in quality control or assurance, regardless of industry or sector
•機械・電気系の製造や検査などの製造職場での実務経験
※規模に関わらず、製造や検査に関するチームや組織の一員としての業務経験
• 日本語を母国語とする、あるいはJLPT N1相当
• 衛星の製造・検査および試験において、3年以上の実務経験
• 航空宇宙産業あるいは自動車等の類似産業において、3年以上の機械・電気関係の手作業での組立、検査および試験の実務経験
• クレーン、玉掛け、高所作業、高圧ガスなどの現場系資格や、機械または電気の工業系資格の保有
• 宇宙機システムやスペースデブリ除去、軌道上サービスに関する知識の保有
• 業界・業種に関わらず、品質管理に類する実務経験

- Preferred
- ・At least 3 years of experience in satellite manufacturing, inspection and testing
・3+ years' experience in mechanical and electrical manual assembly, inspection and testing in aerospace or similar industry such as automotive
・Field qualifications such as crane, slinging, working at heights, high pressure gas, etc. or industrial mechanical or electrical qualifications
・Knowledge of spacecraft systems, space debris removal and on-orbit services
・Experience in quality control similar to quality control, regardless of industry or sector
