The system, which has supported transportation companies since its establishment, is already one of the largest systems in Japan, but there is still room for expansion, and you can be involved in work that can have an impact on society by helping to improve operational efficiency and the vacancy rate.

Together with PdM, we will think through which customers and what value to deliver, You will lead the product development organization with your own skills and energy, while thinking through what value should be delivered to which customers and how it should be delivered.
In addition to improving existing services, you will work with PdM to formulate and materialize a mid-term roadmap, and lead the choices and actions to be taken
with a broad perspective on individual development projects.

Responsibilities

Lead product development organization
・Drive specification and design
・Improve team's technical skills, output (code, design), and productivity (skills, production process)
・Review team members' code, provide appropriate feedback

Development environment

Requirements

5+ years of experience in web application design, development and operation (Java or kotolin)
・Optimal design skills to maximize application performance
・Experience in team management
