The system, which has supported transportation companies since its inception, is already one of the largest systems in Japan, but there is still room for expansion, and you can be involved in work that can have an impact on society by helping to improve operational efficiency and vacancy rates.

As Business Development, you will be responsible for growing the business.
A wide range of work assignments can be expected depending on your experience and ambitions.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Main tasks:
    - Inside Sales
    - Alliance and partner development
    - Customer Success
    - Marketing such as event and community management, customer attraction and nurturing
    - PR strategy planning and execution
    - Case study coverage to production
    - Project planning and execution in collaboration with product team
  • Requirements
    Experience in corporate sales (both inside sales and field sales)
    ・Experience in customer success and tracking KPIs such as churn rate
    ・0→1 experience such as launching a new business or business unit
    ・Experience in marketing operations
  • Preferred
    Experience in project management, including planning and execution of projects and measures
    ・Attracting and managing customers for events (exhibitions, seminars, webinars)
    ・Digital marketing/advertising
    ・Experience in LP and website creation (not including coding)
    ・Design and operation of SFA and MA tools
    ・Design and execution of growth measures based on data analysis results using SQL Experience in PR
    ・Experience in community management
    ・Experience in community management
