We are a Japanese-affiliated company mainly engaged in the automobile purchase business and auction business. We are monetizing these two businesses by optimizing them through DX. As a result of sincere efforts to address market challenges, the company's sales portfolio has changed significantly since its establishment, with a large increase in purchase services starting in the second half of 2022, and sales have doubled for two consecutive years.

As a candidate for a playing manager involved in the development and operation of the company's platform with an eye on the DX of automotive distribution, you will promote product planning and development. This position will be responsible for both execution and leadership, from strategy formulation, requirement definition, project promotion, and team management, with a focus on product management.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create new business models, plan and develop services, and formulate sales strategies utilizing the customer attraction base (7 million monthly users)
・Analysis of market, internal, and customer needs, and formulation of service expansion strategies and negotiations with collaborative partners
・Requirement definition, specification formulation, and UI/UX design for product function development ・Development of product functions Design
・Project promotion in collaboration with development and marketing teams
・Lead product development while building consensus with multiple stakeholders
・Team management including planning and customer support
・Management of meetings with business units, internal companies, and affiliates

■ Product planning and development examples
・ Specification change of business model plan
・Full renewal of core business system
・New product development related to multiple service crossings
・Revamp of client's My Page (including toC/B)
Requirements

Experience in management of 3 or more people (3 years or more)

In addition, experience in any of the following
- Experience as a web director or product manager (3 years or more)
- Experience as a PM or PMO in system or tool implementation and development (research analysis, requirement definition, UI/UX design, system design, KPI development, etc.) 3 years or more to WBS creation)
Preferred

Logical thinking, communication, and leadership skills to build consensus with stakeholders inside and outside the product development team
- Experience participating in projects in the mobility industry
- Experience in service planning at a business company
- Experience in a SIer or consulting firm (IT)
- Marketing Experience in promotion
・Experience in preparing materials and presentations for approval by management/decision makers
