Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Planning and promotion of customer visits/online own product trials/PoC (hypothesis design, data requirements, operation design)
    └Environment construction/preparation of necessary data in collaboration with FS/including trial scenario construction
    Trial design study of new products and solutions
    Hearing of customer (manufacturing industry) management issues and business structure
    Support for customer information, proposal construction/issue verification, and reconciliation of technical issues as a precondition for the above activities in cooperation with sales
    Promote product improvement and implementation process standardization in cooperation with PdM, CS, Ops, etc.
    Formalize proposal process and train members in the organization
    Others: Create individual business meeting materials and conduct trials/hearings Summarize results
  • Requirements
    2+ years of work experience in a manufacturing company OR 1+ years of work experience in a SaaS company with "structured business proposal experience" such as organizing business issues, proposing hypotheses, and designing trials through any of the following:
    - Solution proposal experience in the BtoB domain (consulting / pre-sales / PM / BizDev etc.)
    - Experience in implementation support (CS/Presales), trial design and leading PoC in SaaS or IT products
    - Experience in conceptualization and leading PoC design at IT/business consulting firm
    - Experience in driving requirements definition to implementation projects at SIer or PM position
    - Experience in business design/ implementation support such as RPA
    - Experience in procurement, design, production engineering, etc. in the manufacturing industry + practical experience in business reform/improvement
  • Preferred
    No critical difficulty in direct communication with customers
    └ Experience in sales / consulting / directing or PM experience in client work
    Experience in operations work while handling various types of data
    Startup Experience in start-up to expansion phases at a start-up/SaaS company
    Ability to travel and stay overnight (approx. 1-2 times per week for business trip with overnight stay, 2-4 hours per business meeting)

    (Desirable skills)
    - Knowledge of business systems for manufacturing industry such as ERP/SCM/PLM
    - Knowledge of business collaboration and data integration using API/ETL/RPA, etc. Knowledge of business collaboration and data integration using APIs, ETL, RPA, etc.
    ・Experience in product management/PdM collaboration
    ・Experience in design and operation of sales tech/proposal support tools, etc.
