We are a company that works to solve the social issues facing the logistics industry. Business-to-business logistics in particular is extremely complex, with diverse stakeholders and structural dynamics. Until now, operations at each site have evolved individually, and we are developing SaaS-type applications that redefine and support these operations through digital transformation (DX).

Our main services include solutions related to logistics processes, such as truck reservation acceptance, dynamics management, vehicle dispatch ordering and management, and production, sales, and inventory management, to support the optimization of business-to-business logistics.
All of these services are built on a common infrastructure, which also stores big data related to logistics. With this common platform, we are promoting the construction of a "logistics information platform" that aims to optimize the entire industry, avoiding inefficiencies caused by individual optimization.

Currently, a large number of companies and logistics providers, mainly in the daily necessities and food industries, have introduced the service, with approximately 27,000 business locations nationwide and over 700,000 drivers using the service.


You will be responsible for legal work to support business growth.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Contract legal affairs (drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts)
    ・Commercial legal affairs, stock and stock acquisition rights management, legal documents and disclosure
    ・IPO preparation and listing examination support, support for securities companies and auditing firms
    ・Compliance committee management, risk management
    ・Personal information protection and regulatory support for data utilization, terms of use and privacy
    Legal support for M&A, alliances, and investment projects
    ・Legal consultation for in-house legal affairs
    ・Support for PR and media dissemination
    ・Promotion of intellectual property strategy
  • Requirements
    Experience in general corporate legal affairs such as contract legal affairs and in-house legal consultation
    ・Experience in other legal affairs such as commercial law and IPO preparation, or those who would like to expand the scope of work in such direction
    *Experienced attorneys are also eligible.
  • Preferred
    Experience in a venture company
    ・Experience in a SaaS company
