Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    CFO organization reform roadmap development
    - Business management system design/advancement/advancement
    - Business structure reform/restructuring
    - Accounting infrastructure renewal
    - CFO organization design Total support for the above areas, from concept development to reform implementation, operation, and establishment.
  • Requirements
    -College degree or higher
    -Experience in any of the following
    -Working experience in corporate planning or finance and accounting departments
    -Consulting experience for CFO organizations
    -DX/BPR experience using systems and data in accounting and finance operations
  • Preferred
    Business level English proficiency
    ・Basic accounting knowledge (bookkeeping level 2 or above is desirable)

    ・Experience in financial and managerial accounting practices, accounting audit practices
    ・Experience in planning, conceptualization, process reform, and construction/establishment of accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
    ・Experience in planning, conceptualization, process reform, and construction/establishment of information systems (consolidated accounting, CPM, BI, etc.) ・Experience in project management ・Experience in CPA and US-CPA, and in implementing accounting systems on a global scale ・Experience in accounting and system implementation Experience in planning, conceptualization, process reform, and implementation/establishment of information systems (consolidated accounting, CPM, BI, etc.)
    ・Experience in project management
    ・Experience in global accounting operations and system implementation
    ・Certified CPA and US-CPA

    ・Ability to think logically and identify problems
    ・Communication skills and leadership skills
