Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Primary Responsibilities:

    - Conduct training (conduct technical training sessions (in-person or online) on vehicle systems, provide demonstrations with hands-on demonstrations, instruct technicians on diagnostic procedures, use of diagnostic equipment, and operation of OEM tools)

    - Curriculum development (training Develop or localize content; ensure training materials are consistent with current OEM or industry standards; customize training for different audience skill levels (novice to advanced technicians))

    - Evaluation and Certification (Create evaluation tools to assess trainee understanding and progress, Tracking and reporting of training outcomes)

    - Technical Support

    - Planning > Scheduling and Investment (training materials and tools)
  • Requirements
    Required Qualifications -

    Automotive Industry Experience
    Second Class Auto Mechanic Certification or higher

    Experience in one of the following:
    - Experience as a technical trainer for various manufacturers and importers
    - Workshop Experience
    - Authorized Dealership Experience
    - Native Japanese
