Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ・Grand design and roadmap formulation for company-wide business improvement and DX
    ・Planning and promotion of fundamental reform of core business processes (accounting, sales, HR, etc.)
    ・Practical work including issue analysis, design of improvement measures, system construction and development, data migration, external collaboration
    ・Construction and development of improvement measures utilizing SaaS, PaaS, etc.
    Coordination and consensus building with related departments to complete projects

    [Main tools]
    Slack, Google Workspace, ServiceNow, Notion, Microsoft Azure, kintone, SAP, Salesforce, Concur, etc.
    *As needed, We will also utilize our own systems and tools as needed.
  • Requirements
    Experience in building and developing systems in a SaaS / PaaS environment to improve business operations
    - Experience in promoting and managing cross-departmental business improvement projects
    - Experience in coordinating stakeholders and building consensus in projects
  • Preferred
    Experience in building and developing systems related to core systems (accounting, human resources, sales, etc.)
    - Experience in all processes from requirement definition to operation
    - Knowledge and practical experience in sales and marketing related systems
