You will be responsible for the development of various web products.
The work includes building the user interface displayed in the browser, and implementing, operating, and maintaining the API server that communicates with the browser.
The development environment and frameworks used are standard and modern, but are selected flexibly according to requirements.

In collaboration with product managers (PdM), designers, and QA engineers, you will be responsible for everything from screen and API design to implementation and testing in order to provide an optimal experience for users.

In addition to individual product development, you will also work on developing a standard technology stack and development style to promote more efficient web product development and operation throughout the company.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    In this position, you will be involved in the planning, development, and operation of multiple web products centered on the mobility domain. This role will be involved in the design, implementation, and improvement of a variety of products, including web portals that serve as points of contact with users and partners, and industry-specific job search support services.

    Main tasks include:
    - Designing, implementing, and maintaining user interfaces and back-end APIs
    - Developing functions in collaboration with product managers, designers, and QA engineers
    - Promoting functional improvement and UX enhancement measures based on customer feedback and data
    - Standardizing technology stacks and development processes common to various web products Standardization of technology stack and development process
    ・Launching and adding functions to new services for job change support and business support
    ・Deep involvement in planning and launching new web services as well as continuous evolution of existing products. You will aim to create a better user experience while responding to diverse internal and external needs.

  • Requirements
    -Experience in developing not just what you are told, but understanding user issues and needs, and discussing them to pursue a better experience
    -Experience in leading the design/development/operation of web applications and their back-end API servers.
    -Working experience in Go language or at least 2 backend languages
    and at least 2 years of experience in React on the frontend
    -Experience in developing both frontend and backend concurrently
    -Experience in frontend using Next.js Experience in front-end development using Next.js
    -Experience in system requirements hearing, design, development, and testing
    -Experience in developing and operating Linux-based web applications on AWS or GCP
    -Experience in team development, Git required, mutual review based on Pull Requests, and flexible sharing of tasks with other team members Experience in reviewing each other's work based on Pull Requests and being aware of other members' tasks while flexibly dividing the workload
