You will deploy the IoT data platform to manufacturing sites across the global company and promote the utilization of manufacturing data.
Through dialogue with diverse stakeholders, you will capture issues onsite and contribute to the realization of Smart Factory on a company-wide scale.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    We work closely with manufacturing sites and management departments at headquarters and regional sites to identify common global issues and region-specific needs.

    We will work closely with the management departments at manufacturing sites, headquarters, and regional sites to identify common global issues and region-specific needs, plan optimal solutions, work with the development team to implement them, and support users until they are ready to use them.
    Promote and deploy use cases for manufacturing data
    -Organize and disseminate best practices created in collaboration with sites around the world in an easy-to-understand manner, and deploy use cases according to the interests and circumstances of each site.
    Solving issues in the deployment, utilization, and evolution of the IoT data platform
    -We understand and solve issues in promoting the use of global manufacturing data through communication with a variety of stakeholders, including users, development teams, and related divisions.
  • Requirements
    Experience in promoting business improvement projects or IT/data utilization projects
    ・Communication skills to move forward together while building trust with stakeholders from diverse cultures and professions
    *English, Chinese and other language skills are especially welcome
    ・Willingness to take on new business areas and challenges as they arise.
  • Preferred
    Able to negotiate business relationships with members of global offices (English equivalent to TOEIC 700 or above)
    ・Experience in IT consulting, solution architects and data scientists
    ・Experience in AWS usage/development
    ・Experience in overseas assignments
    ・Experience in factory work (production engineering, product certification, production control, design) ■Required Characteristics ・Able to actively talk with users, build problem-solving plans, and act as a core member to realize them ・Able to work on cutting-edge technologies and to take on challenges as they arise Experience working in a factory (raw engineering, quality assurance, raw control, design)
