You will be responsible for the "development" and "operation" of the parking lot business.
You will be responsible for the entire process from development to operation as your sales representative.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Exploring and approaching suitable land and visitor parking lots for parking businesses, negotiating and listening
to the client's needs (for example, poor traffic flow or congestion in visitor parking lots)
・Proposing parking lot management (how much rent to pay, how to structure our service fees)
・Contract signing tasks ・Attending construction projects (on-site for final confirmation of layout, etc.)
・Planning profit-boosting measures after parking lot openings (operational phase
), etc.

- Regular driver's license
・Sales experience (independent of industry, corporate or individual experience)
