Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    We are part of dedicated industry-specific teams that provide on-the-ground proposals and implementation support while leveraging industry knowledge and a wealth of case studies. In addition, you will collaborate with specialized teams with strengths in functional themes such as accounting, procurement, supply chain, human resource strategy, and digital domains, and lead sustainable management improvement through a multifaceted approach that gets to the root of issues. The unique feature of this position is that you will be involved in the entire process from strategy to execution, utilizing both your industry understanding and functional skills.

    -Strategy development: business strategy, R&D strategy, marketing strategy, supply chain strategy, alliance strategy, digital/IT strategy
    -Business management sophistication: cost control, budgeting, risk management, pharmacovigilance, QC/QA, internal controls
    -Digital transformation and operational change: R&D, Productivity improvement, risk management enhancement, and global standardization of procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
    ・New business launch: CDMO business, digital diagnosis/therapy business, life science business of other industry companies, Japanese business of overseas companies
    ・System implementation PMO support: ERP, ServiceNow®, LIMS, MES, EDMS, EQMS, CRM, etc.
    ・Compliance support: Business reform and system updates subject to GxP, GxP validation, CSV, AI validation
    etc.
  • Requirements
    -College degree or higher
    -Consulting experience
    -Experience in either corporate strategy development, business management sophistication, digital transformation, or cross-company business transformation
    -Experience building and managing client relationships and developing solutions
    -Experience building and managing account relationships.

    ・Without consulting experience but with industry experience
    (Life Science)
    Life Science business experience (Exploratory research, CMC research, clinical development, SCM, manufacturing, QC/QA, DX/IT, or data science)
    (CRM/CX Solutions)
    IT industry experience (IT vendors, SIer), CRM/CX solution implementation project, CRM/CX solution in-house implementation project or business reform project manager/senior manager, business design or project lead in CRM/CX business domain, etc.
    (Accounting domain)
    (Corporate planning department, finance and accounting department) Experience in financial accounting and auditing
    (Financial DX)
    Practical experience in finance, experience in projects that require knowledge of financial business, experience in digital Experience in using technology (generative AI) and science and implementing them in business operations, knowledge of technology and digital services such as generative AI, experience in planning and execution, experience in data analysis
