We are a mobility startup that aims to mass-produce and implement ultra-compact EVs in the single-seater and moped minicar segments. We take on the challenge of minimizing mobility issues and environmental impact in rural areas, and build everything from design and manufacturing to sales, after-sales support, and CRM. Mass production is scheduled to begin in October 2025, and we are
promoting a business that redefines "mobility options." As a leader in control software development, this is an important role in advancing the development system itself while shaping the behavior of the entire vehicle. In addition to on-site verification and implementation, you will be asked to work with a wide range of discretion as the "core of the control area", such as designing development schedules, building teams, and collaborating with other areas.

- Responsibilities
- ・Formulation of OTA update strategy, roadmap management
, Next mibot system architecture proposal
, control and development team management, and training policy

after joining the company, grasping
the overall picture of vehicle control (scope of responsibility of the outsourcing company, existing architecture), formulating
technical strategies and team structure policies for in-house production, planning development schedules, and designing milestones
*3 to 6 months
after joining the company: Design, operation
, and control logic design review of the division of areas between developers (in-house production team) and outsourcing companies, technical judgment (Go/No-Go),
formulation of quality standards for mass production, and establishment of verification processes

- Requirements
- ・Experience in completing vehicle control system development projects from upstream (estimated 5 years or more)
・Knowledge
of model-based development (MBD) using MATLAB/Simulink, management experience
with a development team or subcontractor, and technical background at a level that allows you to make design decisions on control architectures

- ・Those who
have experience in the control development of mass-produced vehicles up to mass production releases・Experience in multiple domains
such as power training, chassis, ADAS, etc., experience in collaboration with outsourcing companies, vendor management experience

in developing electric vehicles such as EVs and HEVs, and experience
in designing and implementing HIL/SIL environments■Desired persona
