- Responsibilities
- Execution and improvement of operational tasks related to product introduction support
- Standardization and streamlining of operations to expand the number of companies introducing products
- Coordination with internal and external parties to identify and resolve user issues and propose improvements
- General operational tasks related to recruitment (from execution to improvement)
- Construction of new mechanisms related to product operations

- Requirements
- Experience in executing and improving business processes
・Communication skills to work smoothly both internally and externally
・Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently, accurately and speedily
・Ability to work independently to solve problems in a fast changing environment

- Preferred
- Experience in implementation support, customer success, or sales of SaaS products or IT services.
・Experience in structuring and streamlining business operations (standardization, automation, etc.).
・Experience in recruiting and HR related work or working to improve candidate experience.
Experience in using data and figures to identify issues, and planning and implementing improvement measures.
