Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Drafting, reviewing and negotiating related contracts
    - Researching, analyzing and strategically advising businesses on related laws
    - Planning and building compliance systems
    - Legal liaison to new laws, regulations and guidelines
  • Requirements
    Legal experience as in-house/external counsel
    ・TOEIC score of 750 or above is a plus
    ・Communication skills (as the role often involves collaboration with internal business departments)
