You will be involved in the migration of the global human resource management system (Workday).
After the migration is completed, you will be involved as a system engineer in the human resources and general affairs area.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Promote migration project of global HR management system (Workday)
    ・Specification, design, development and operation of HR and general affairs system area
  • Requirements
    -As a systems engineer, you must have HR-related IT knowledge and experience in specifying, designing, and developing business operations.
    ・Project management experience
    ・Ability to organize and lead members as an engineer.
    Language skills (English and Japanese)
  • Preferred
    Workday skills and experience
    ・Ability to communicate proactively with overseas
