In the automotive parts industry, it is one of the largest companies in Japan in the thermal systems, mobility systems, power train systems, electrification systems, and electronic systems businesses.
We are currently focusing on four areas [electrification, connected systems, advanced safety/automated driving, and non-vehicle businesses (FA/agriculture)].

In this position, you will be in charge of UX planning and UX design development as well as researching end-user value.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■UX research
    , ability
    to analyze market trends and VOC survey results and derive issues, user research
    from ergonomics or psychological perspectives, research experience from

    design principles, user survey design
    , UX user methodology, and quantitative and qualitative analysis
    of results - Validate UX hypotheses and present
    opportunities - Design task performance
    for usability verification, analyze results, define implementations, and present improvement issues and insights
  • Requirements
    ・Bachelor's degree in design (service, interaction, product, car, etc.), cognitive psychology, consumer studies, anthropology, business administration, statistics, or a related field (equivalent work experience is acceptable)
    ・Experience in research, design, and planning
    with a focus on users ・English proficiency (TOEIC 600 points)
  • Preferred
    Experience in user research or UX development projects
    , understanding of vehicle HMI requirements and limitations
    , experience as a project leader or sub-leader
