Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Management, operation and maintenance of various business applications (ERP, CRM, WF, etc.)
    Project management and upstream processes during system implementation and migration
    Requirement definition to implementation of new services
    Internal and external coordination, collaboration with development team at German headquarters
  • Requirements
    Experience related to implementation of various business applications (as a project member, under the support of project leader, summarizing requirements definition on user side, bridging with vendors, management of acceptance testing, operation support experience, etc.)
    Experience in management and operation of mission-critical systems (more than 3 years)
    Basic Information Processing Engineer Exam Passed
    Languages: Able to perform duties in both Japanese and English (JPLT N1 & TOEIC(R) test score of 600 or above)
  • Preferred
    Nissho Bookkeeping Level 2 or higher
    Successful completion of higher IPA certifications (IT Strategist, IT Service Manager, Information Security Management, etc.)
