This company is a global automotive technology supplier specializing in advanced sensing systems, electrification, and intelligent mobility solutions.
The company operates internationally with strong R&D capabilities and collaborates with major OEMs to develop next-generation safety and in-cabin technologies.
In this role you will be responsible for leading shop-floor logistics operations within an automotive manufacturing plant, covering the physical material flow from receiving and storage through line feeding and outbound shipping.
You will spend significant time on the shop floor, directly leading logistics personnel while ensuring Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and Morale (SQCDM) performance. The role combines hands-on logistics management, production support, workforce planning, safety and operational standards, and continuous improvement.

- Logistics Operations & Physical Flow
・Manage the complete material flow from receiving through line feeding and outbound shipping.
・Ensure materials are supplied to production lines according to manufacturing requirements and truck schedules.
・Plan logistics staffing and organization based on MPS/SIOP and production requirements.
・Coordinate with production and support teams to resolve operational issues and escalate critical risks.
People & Shop-Floor Management
・Lead and supervise shop-floor logistics employees, including temporary workers and material-handling personnel.
・Manage onboarding, training, attendance, qualifications, performance evaluations, and workforce development.
・Develop multi-skilled teams through training plans and skill-matrix management.
・Ensure appropriate staffing and capabilities according to production demand.
Safety, Quality & Operational Standards
・Ensure compliance with safety, quality, 5S, work instructions, and shop-floor standards.
・Conduct safety meetings, audits, and on-the-job training.
・Maintain TPM standards for logistics and material-handling equipment.
・Monitor SQCDM performance and drive corrective actions when targets or standards are not achieved.
Continuous Improvement
・Lead productivity, layout, material-flow, safety, and logistics improvement activities.
・Drive problem solving using PDCA, 5-Why, FTA, QRQC/QRAP, and lessons-learned methodologies.
・Support implementation of new logistics equipment and processes, including automation and AGVs.
・Participate in logistics budget planning covering headcount, operating expenses, and investment.

- 応募資格（必須）
- ・3+ years of production control / production planning experience related to automotive components.
・Ability to create and manage production plans and schedules.
・Hands-on experience with physical logistics / material flows within a manufacturing plant.
・Experience with practical factory logistics such as Receiving / 入荷, Material handling / マテリアルハンドリング, Line feeding / ライン供給
Shipping / 出荷, Forklift operations / フォークリフト物流
・Experience managing and coaching shop-floor / blue-collar logistics personnel.
・Practical knowledge of factory safety, 5S, TPM, and continuous improvement.
・Japanese: Business-level or above English & Japanese
