You will be responsible for overseeing a diverse R&D organization of approximately 90 engineers across two sites (Tokyo and Ibaragi). As the local leader, you will drive engineering execution, talent development, and strategic alignment with OEM customers and Valeo’s global headquarters.
This is a high-impact leadership role with broad scope, strong autonomy, and direct influence on the future of ADAS and autonomous driving solutions in Japan.
