次世代車両アーキテクチャの設計において重要な役割を担っており、

エンジニアリング プロジェクト リーダー (EPjL) の役割は、エンジニアリングチームと協力して各コンピテンシー間の問題を解決していくことです。
エンジニアリングプロジェクトサブチームを監督し、プロジェクトのスケジューリングや全てのエンジニア側のアクティビティおよび成果物の実行についてプロジェクトマネージャーとの連絡窓口となります。
また、顧客と協力し、常駐エンジニアの調整を通じて、エンジニアリング成果物を納期、コスト、品質レベルで管理します。
EPjL は、エンジニアリング成果物、日程管理、遂行に関する顧客との主要なインターフェースとして機能することが期待されます。

The Engineering Project Leader (EPjL) role in Aptiv has the responsibility to solve cross-competency issues within Engineering.
This person is the Single point of contact to the Project Manager organization for the engineering project timing plan and execution of all engineering activities and deliverables by supervising Engineering project sub-teams.
Collaborating with customer to manage engineering deliverables on time, on cost and on quality levels through coordination of the Resident Engineers.
It is expected that the EPjL acts as a Primary interface to Customer for engineering deliverables, time plan and execution.

    ⚫ 技術変更（社内／顧客）の評価・管理および影響（工数／日程／コスト）の提示
    Evaluate and manage technical change requests and provide impact (effort/timing/cost)

    ⚫ 顧客と連携した不具合対応・レポート・課題解決の推進
    Work with customers to resolve defects, reporting, and issue closure

    2. 日程管理 (Schedule Management)
    ⚫ Program Managementと連携したエンジニアリング成果物の計画策定・維持
    Develop and maintain engineering deliverable timelines (HW/Validation/SW/System) with Program Management

    ⚫ 標準作業・ベストプラクティスおよび社内プロセス準拠の監督
    Ensure adherence to standard work, best practices, and organizational procedures

    ⚫ 顧客課題のトラブルシューティングと是正対応の推進
    Own customer issue troubleshooting and drive corrective actions

    ⚫ マイルストーンに基づく製品納品および顧客引き渡し責任
    Coordinate product delivery and handover to customers at milestones

    3. 予算管理 (Budget Management)
    ⚫ エンジニアリング予算（人員、Capex、材料等）の計画・モニタリング
    Plan and monitor engineering budget (resources, capex, materials, etc.)

    ⚫ 担当プロジェクトの支出管理（予算対比での集約・コントロール）
    Manage and control engineering spend against approved budgets

    ⚫ BOMコストおよびコスト改善（Stretch）の管理
    Own BOM cost and cost optimization (stretch targets)

    ⚫ 関係リーダーと連携したリソース計画・アサイン管理
    Collaborate with competency leads to plan and allocate resources
  • 応募資格（必須）
    ⚫ 工学の修士号もしくは博士号を持ち、関連する業務の経験を有すること
    Master’s degree or bachelor's degree in Engineering with relevant years of experience
