今回エンジニアリング プロジェクト リーダー (EPjL) を募集されており、エンジニアリングチームと協力して各コンピテンシー間の問題を解決していく役割を担っていただきます。

- - エンジニアリングプロジェクトサブチームを監督し、プロジェクトのスケジューリングや全てのエンジニア側のアクティビティおよび成果物の実行についてプロジェクトマネージャーとの連絡窓口となります。
- This person is the Single point of contact to the Project Manager organization for the engineering project timing plan and execution of all engineering activities and deliverables by supervising Engineering project sub-teams.
- 顧客と協力し、常駐エンジニアの調整を通じて、エンジニアリング成果物を納期、コスト、品質レベルで管理します。
- Collaborating with customer to manage engineering deliverables on time, on cost and on quality levels through coordination of the Resident Engineers.
- エンジニアリング成果物、日程管理、遂行に関する顧客との主要なインターフェースとして機能することが期待されます。
- It is expected that the EPjL acts as a Primary interface to Customer for engineering deliverables, time plan and execution.
【主な業務内容 / Main Responsibilities】
1. 技術 / リスク管理 | Technical / Risk management:
- 製品開発プロセスに準拠したデザインレビューとピアレビューの準備と実施、およびデザインレビューワークブックの完全性を担保する。
Responsible to prepare and execute Design Reviews & Peer Reviews and completeness of the Design Review workbook in compliance with product development process.
- 技術リスクレジスターにおいて、以下の項目に責任を持つ： リスクの特定、プロジェクト範囲の変更、評価、評価率、アクションプラン、変更点、緊急時対応計画の管理。
Responsible for the Technical Risk Register: Identify risks, project scope changes, evaluate, rate, action plans, change points and manage contingency plans.
- 各エンジニア担当者が製造可能な設計（DFA、DFM）を考慮していることを保証する。
Assure the engineering competencies are considering design for manufacturability (DFA, DFM).
- プロジェクト/コンポーネントレベルのワークパッケージにおけるエンジニアリング活動の開始/停止/変更/サインオフを承認する。
Approve Start/Stop/Change/Signoff of engineering activity on project/component level work packages.
- 社内および顧客からの技術（製品）チェンジリクエストの評価および管理を担当し、見積もり (工数/日程/コスト) および変更による影響を提示する。
Responsible for the evaluation and management of internal and customer technical (product) change requests, provide an estimation (effort/timing/cost) and the impact of the change.
- 顧客と共に、不具合の対応やレポートの作成、課題の解決に取り組む。
Work with customers to address defects, prepare reports, and resolve issues.
2. 日程管理 |Schedule management:
- プログラムマネジメントと協力し、エンジニアリング成果物（HW（ME/EE）、バリデーション、SW、システム）の時期の策定、維持管理を行う。
Develop and maintain compliant Engineering deliverables timing (HW (ME/EE), Validation, SW, Systems) in collaboration with the Program Management.
- エンジニアリングの業務が標準作業とベストプラクティスに従っていることを監督すること。成果物が、適用される組織の方針および手続きに準拠していること。
Monitoring that engineering execution is following standard work and best practices. The work products comply with applicable organization policies and procedures.
- 顧客との問題のトラブルシューティングを担当し、是正措置を推進する。
Owns customer problem troubleshooting and drives corrective action.
- 製品ソリューションの調整と納品、節目ごとでの顧客への引き渡しに責任を持つ。
Responsible for coordination and delivery of the product solution hand-over to customer at milestones.
3. 予算管理 |Budgetary:
- 資源の需要、資本支出、材料、クレジットに関するエンジニアリング予算の監督。
Monitor Engineering budget input for BBP cycle: Resource demand, Capital expense, material, credits.
- 担当プロジェクトの承認済みエンジニアリング予算に対するエンジニアリング支出の収集、統合、合意を行う。
Owns the collection, consolidation and agreement to Engineering spend against approved Engineering budget further to their assigned projects.
- BOM コストとストレッチ、および関連する技術的なトピックを担当。
Responsible for the BOM cost and stretch and related technical topics.
- コンピテンシー・リーダーおよび／またはエンジニアリング・プログラム・リーダーと協力し、エンジニアリング・プロジェクトのための人員配置を特定し、遂行する責任を負う。
Responsible for working with competency leads and/or Engineering Program Leaders in identifying and fulfilling staffing assignments for the engineering projects.

- 工学の修士号もしくは博士号を持ち、関連する業務の経験を有すること
Master’s degree or bachelor's degree in Engineering with relevant years of experience
