A major automotive development project in Hamamatsu, Shizuoka is seeking a seasoned engineering leader with extensive experience in exterior parts design and CAD data management. This role will oversee key development milestones, facilitate technical communication among internal and external stakeholders, and lead a team of engineers in ensuring the integrity of product development from concept to validation.

    - Lead engineering input/output workflow, including 3D CAD data exchange and deliverable tracking
    - Oversee project milestones in collaboration with client-side managers and supervisors
    - Participate in both internal development discussions and supplier meetings
    - Update 3D models, cross-sections, and relevant documentation as needed
    - Track development progress and proactively report on risks and issues
    - Guide and assign tasks to engineering team members; balance workloads and priorities
    - Ensure development deliverables align with OEM processes, simultaneous engineering, and quality standards
  • 応募資格（必須）
    Technical Expertise
    - Minimum 10 years of engineering experience (at least 5 years in exterior automotive parts)
    - Strong background in stamping parts design, body assembly, datum systems, closure mechanisms, sealing, and painting
    - Proficient in mechanical design via 3D CAD with an understanding of structural feasibility and manufacturing constraints
    - Evidence-based design validation (styling feedback, stack-up tolerance, basic CAE, integration feasibility)
    - Skilled in digital verification and reporting: formability, clearances, water-tightness, interference, etc.
    Team Leadership
    - Demonstrated leadership in engineering team environments—task planning, status tracking, workload balancing
    - Hands-on experience working within OEM development ecosystems
    Quality & Communication
    - Familiarity with QFD, DMDR, or other quality assurance methodologies
    - Japanese Language: JLPT N3 or higher (for foreign nationals)
    - English Language: Basic technical communication (TOEIC L&R 730+ or TOEFL iBT 80+)
