    ・Maintain product and process quality in accordance with Control Plans, PFMEA, standardized work instructions, and customer requirements.
    ・Define and maintain inspection standards, quality documentation, work instructions, and measurement systems.
    ・Conduct process and product audits to ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
    ・Lead problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D and QRCI, including containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
    ・Monitor quality KPIs, manage non-conformities, and escalate critical quality issues when required.
    ・Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives within production operations.
    ・Support engineering change implementation and ensure quality requirements are effectively integrated into manufacturing processes.
    ・Train and support production teams on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • 応募資格（必須）
    ・Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
    ・Experience leading structured problem-solving activities.
    ・Business level English and Japanese
    ・3 years or more of quality experience
  • 応募資格（優遇）
    ・Engineering and manufacturing (lean) experience or background.
    ・Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
    ・Internal or external audit experience (e.g., VDA 6.3).
    ・Experience coaching production teams and supervisors.
