This position leads related departments and overseas bases in addressing vehicle quality defects that occur in the global market, promoting rapid root cause identification and market response. Covering a wide range of areas such as vehicle bodies, chassis, driver assistance systems, and infotainment, we utilize all kinds of data such as vehicle data, market recalls, and log information to get to the heart of the issue.
Beyond simple analysis, it plays a central role in the quality domain, assessing the impact and scalability of defects, and making decisions including market responses such as recalls and warranty extensions.

You will be responsible for quality assurance work for purchased parts that make up four-wheeled complete vehicles. From the development stage through launching new models, mass production, and even ensuring quality in the market, you will support high-quality manufacturing from a global perspective together with suppliers. You can also contribute to strengthening processes for parts quality assurance and transforming systems with a view to the future.

You will also carry the authority to intervene in production and shipment processes to ensure product quality during both development and mass production phases.
