[Mission]
"Solve technical challenges that cannot be repaired normally, and lead our safety improvements and next-generation vehicle improvements based on technology."
The mission of the newly established "Vehicle Investigation and Diagnosis Team" is to investigate the causes of advanced failures (mechanical, electric, soft) that are difficult to handle through regular on-site maintenance processes. By systematizing accumulated technical knowledge as 'manuals' and deploying it horizontally to sites (such as repair and maintenance departments), we enhance overall maintenance quality. Furthermore, fundamental issues are fed back to developers as suggestions for vehicle specification improvements, forming a key team that supports the realization of more durable and safer micromobility.
