You will be engaged in research and development of mechanisms and structures for spacecraft, including artificial satellites and atmospheric re-entry systems, as well as onboard components.

    人工衛星の計画設計から解析、詳細設計（図面承認を含む）、試験計画の策定、試験結果の取りまとめまで、開発業務全般
    ※開発対象：自社が開発する衛星システム、搭載カプセル、推進システムなど、多岐にわたる宇宙機の機構ならびに構造
    ※衛星開発に関わる機器・設備設計も業務に含まれます。能力に応じて設計ステータスのマネジメントに対応いただく可能性もあり。

    You will be responsible for the overall development process, including conceptual design, analysis, detailed design (including drawing approvals), test planning, and summarizing test results for artificial satellites.

    ※Development targets include a wide range of spacecraft mechanisms and structures developed in-house, such as satellite systems, onboard re-entry capsules, and propulsion systems.
    ※The role also involves designing equipment and facilities related to satellite development. Depending on your skills and experience, you may also be involved in managing the design status.
  • 応募資格（必須）
    ・飛翔体・航空機・内燃機関・自動車など機械システムの、NASTRANなどを用いた構造解析・強度解析・動解析等の数値解析、および材料試験・強度試験・環境試験等の評価試験経験
    ・機械加工メーカー等と連携したシステムプライム経験
    ・機械力学および材料力学を用いた実務経験を有し、チームをリードした期間３年以上
    ・その他、熱力学、流体力学の研究または実務経験

    ・Experience in numerical analysis such as structural, strength, and dynamic analysis using tools like NASTRAN for mechanical systems including aerospace vehicles, aircraft, internal combustion engines, or automobiles, as well as evaluation testing such as material testing, strength testing, and environmental testing
    ・Experience as a system prime in collaboration with mechanical processing/manufacturing companies
    ・Over 3 years of hands-on experience applying mechanical dynamics and strength of materials, including experience in leading a team
    ・Research or practical experience (not limited to professional/industry experience) in thermodynamics and fluid dynamics

    ・可動部を含む機械システムの機構、構造、機械設計の実務経験
    ・人工衛星や探査機等の宇宙機、および宇宙機コンポーネントの機構・構造設計の経験
    ・オイルレスベアリングなど潤滑油を用いない可動機構の設計・製造の経験 - ADAMS等を用いた動解析（マルチボディーダイナミクスを含む）の経験
    ・大型展開構造物、展開・収納機構の設計・製造の経験
    ・非金属材料、複合材料、特殊材料を用いた機械設計・製造の経験
    ・当社の「軌道上のヒト・モノをつなぐ交通網を構築する」というビジョンに共感し、情熱を持って取り組める方。
    ・環境変化の激しい状況で変化や挑戦を楽しんで、自分のアイディアや意見を反映させ、スピード感を持って動くことができる方。


    ・Practical experience in mechanism, structure, and mechanical design of systems with moving parts
    ・Experience in structural/mechanical design of spacecraft such as artificial satellites and planetary probes, or their components
    ・Experience in designing and manufacturing lubrication-free mechanisms, such as those using oil-less bearings
    ・Experience in dynamic analysis using ADAMS or similar tools, including multibody dynamics
    ・Experience in designing and manufacturing large deployable structures and deploy/stow mechanisms
    ・Experience in mechanical design and manufacturing using non-metallic materials, composite materials, or special materials
