This role focuses on developing and managing system engineering requirements in compliance with ASPICE and automotive industry standards.     Develop and manage systems engineering requirements aligned with ASPICE standards
    Collaborate with software, hardware, and system teams during key design decisions
    Support customer meetings for requirements capture and validation
    Conduct impact analysis for critical changes and escalate risks or dependencies
    Participate in FMEA for developing fail-safe requirements
    Perform defect analysis and verification across programs
    Apply learning from similar projects (e.g., TGR, TGW) during planning
    Ensure quality through metrics tracking, peer reviews, and training
    Utilize and promote the use of requirement management tools
    Support compliance through checklists, mentoring, and non-compliance analysis
  • 応募資格（必須）
    Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related field
    6+ years of experience in system engineering or system testing in the automotive domain
    Strong knowledge of instrument cluster and infotainment architecture (e.g., fuel algorithms, trip computer, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, CAN, diagnostics, audio, voice systems)
    Experience with requirements tools such as DOORS NG and JIRA
    Proficiency in CAN networks, diagnostics, and system integration testing
    Understanding of system and hardware architecture, and GUI requirements
    Hands-on experience with UML and MATLAB modeling
    Strong communication and technical negotiation skills
    Business-level automotive domain understanding
