Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Develop and manage systems engineering requirements aligned with ASPICE standards
    Collaborate with software, hardware, and system teams during key design decisions
    Support customer meetings for requirements capture and validation
    Conduct impact analysis for critical changes and escalate risks or dependencies
    Participate in FMEA for developing fail-safe requirements
    Perform defect analysis and verification across programs
    Apply learning from Apply learning from similar projects (e.g., TGR, TGW) during planning
    Ensure quality through metrics tracking, peer reviews, and training
    Utilize and promote the use of requirement management tools
    Support compliance through checklists, mentoring, and non-compliance analysis
  • Requirements
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or related field
    6+ years of experience in system engineering or system testing in the automotive domain
    Strong knowledge of instrument cluster and infotainment architecture (e.g., fuel algorithms, trip computer, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, CAN, diagnostics, audio, voice systems) trip computer, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, CAN, diagnostics, audio, voice systems)
    Experience with requirements tools such as DOORS NG and JIRA
