Their focus includes enhancing in-vehicle experiences through high-quality sound, smart connectivity, and software-driven solutions, making them a key player in the automotive and consumer electronics industries.
This role is responsible for growing the automotive business by managing customer accounts, leading pursuit activities, and securing new commercial opportunities. You will engage directly with customers—primarily in West Japan—to drive business strategy from early engagement through to project launch and serial production.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding cost, timing, and technical expectations.
Identify key stakeholders and develop strategic approaches to pursue new business.
Drive customer engagement from early stages, including value proposition development and “war gaming” activities.
Lead the response to RFI/RFQ and manage the entire quote and negotiation process, including coordination with global teams.
Own regional sales account activities, primarily for customers in West Japan (e.g., Hiroshima), supporting cross-functional and international teams.
Define and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with customer direction and internal goals.
Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project targets.
Provide account support throughout the product lifecycle: pursuit, development, SOP, and post-launch maintenance.
Proactively identify customer pain points and propose solutions that align with the company’s unique value offerings.

- 応募資格(必須)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5+ years of automotive industry experience in sales, account management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of commercial processes including P&L, contracts, and business case development.
Experience managing or supporting customer RFQs, project execution, and SOPs.
Proactive, independent, and driven work style with strategic thinking.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Business-level English and Japanese language skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

- Experience working with multiple Japanese OEMs or managing J-OEM accounts.
Understanding of in-cabin automotive solutions such as IVI, HUD, DCM, or software-defined features.
Experience working for or with Tier 1 automotive suppliers.
International team coordination or leadership experience.
Familiarity with customer EDI systems and documentation processes.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to influence global stakeholders.
