You will be responsible for a wide range of roles, including sales, alliances, strategic planning, management, and operational improvement, as needed. In the future, there is a possibility for you to become not only responsible for domestic business, but also a candidate for executive management responsible for global expansion.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Relationship building and deal creation with existing and new clients
- Sales strategy planning and execution, KPI design
- Alliance/partner company relationship building
- Assist in team building and management for organizational expansion
- Propose improvements to products and services (collect and reflect customer feedback)
- As needed, Assist in launching new businesses and building internal operations

- Requirements
- At least 1 year of working experience (new graduates welcome)
・High desire to grow and flexibility to change

- Experience in sales/business development/operation improvement
・Experience in IT/SaaS companies or startups
・Project management experience
・Leadership and development experience of small teams
・Experience in organization building and business design
