This role serves as the key technical interface between the customer and internal teams to support the development, integration, and production launch of automotive electrical and software products. It involves troubleshooting, coordinating change management, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the product lifecycle.

- Provide technical support for electrical/software product development, validation, and release processes.
Maintain and troubleshoot customer test benches, vehicles, and manufacturing plants to address issues efficiently.
Facilitate change management by managing customer systems, inputting technical data, and tracking approvals.
Lead integration efforts of electrical/software components into customer vehicles.
Support warranty analysis and provide field support as needed.
Communicate and coordinate technical details with internal teams and external customers to ensure alignment.
Travel domestically and internationally up to 15% to support customer sites and project needs.

- 応募資格（必須）
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing or design engineering role within automotive or similar industries.
Solid knowledge of electrical/software automotive products and technologies, including familiarity with PDM and PLM systems.
Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical issues involving electronics integration in vehicles.
Effective communication and coordination skills for managing technical concepts with diverse stakeholders.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.
Must have a clean driving record and be able to use a company or customer-owned vehicle as required for site visits and customer support.
