Provide technical interface support for the integration, development, and launch of automotive systems and software. Act as a key liaison with customers, translating market-driven requirements into platform specifications and ensuring successful vehicle program execution.

- Develop and analyze high-level requirements for automotive platforms in consultation with customer teams and domain experts.
Translate market-driven requirements into platform and project-specific specifications.
Perform hands-on tasks as part of program teams during development and launch phases.
Manage change requests and track requirement updates for stakeholder approval.
Support variant handling and derivation of performance, robustness, and implied requirements.
Ensure traceability from requirements to design documents, test plans, and work tasks.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams during vehicle builds, integration, and launch.
Report on requirement analysis progress and status to project management.

- 応募資格（必須）
- 5+ years of experience in design and development within the automotive domain.
Customer-facing experience supporting automotive product integration and launch.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems, preferably infotainment or telematics.
Experience with embedded software development and testing.
Familiarity with software development tools (JIRA, Confluence) and processes (V-Model, ALM).
Understanding of diagnostics, vehicle interfaces, and manufacturing processes.
Fluent in English and Japanese.
Awareness of federal, industry, and internal standards relevant to automotive design.

- Master’s degree in engineering.
Prior experience as a customer-facing engineer, application engineer, or design engineer for automotive electronics.
Knowledge of Automotive Testing Standards (e.g., A-SPICE).
Previous product launch experience.
Willingness to travel up to 30%, domestically and internationally.
Flexibility to work in office or client-site environments.
