Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Provide technical support for electrical/software product development, validation, and release processes.
    Maintain and troubleshoot customer test benches, vehicles, and manufacturing plants to address issues efficiently.
    Facilitate change management by managing customer systems, inputting
    Lead integration efforts of electrical/software components into customer vehicles.
    Support warranty analysis and provide field support as needed.
    Communicate and coordinate technical details with internal teams and external customers to ensure
    Travel domestically and internationally up to 15% to support customer sites and project needs.
  • Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
    Minimum 5 years' experience in a customer-facing or design engineering
    Solid knowledge of electrical/software automotive products and technologies, including familiarity with PDM and PLM systems.
    Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical issues involving electronics integration in vehicles.
    Effective communication and coordination skills for managing technical concepts with diverse stakeholders.
    Willingness to travel domestically and

  • Preferred
    Master's degree in engineering or related field.
