This position serves as the key technical liaison between customers and internal engineering teams, responsible for developing hardware/software architecture and ensuring clear communication of customer requirements to prevent misunderstandings. The role involves managing requirement documentation, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting troubleshooting and evaluation activities, and driving successful project delivery within automotive telematics development.

- Develop hardware/software architecture and internal requirement documents based on customer and internal platform needs.
Distribute and clarify customer requirements to project stakeholders for detailed system analysis.
Manage and track change requests from customers and internal teams, maintaining traceability.
Act as the main representative for customer communications to build consensus on proposals.
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and quality teams to ensure projects meet timing, cost, and quality goals.
Provide initial troubleshooting support during customer testing and evaluations.
Learn and integrate customer development processes into internal teams to improve overall practices.

- 応募資格（必須）
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience in electronics or automotive business as a Senior Engineer.
Solid understanding of software/hardware architectures and mobile wireless technologies (e.g., DSPs, ARM, Memories, Multicore processing, WiFi, 5G, 4G/LTE, 3G, CDMA, Bluetooth).
Fluent Japanese communication skills (reading, writing, speaking) for effective customer interaction.
Proven experience in customer relationship management, especially with Japanese OEMs such as Mazda.
Familiarity with basic project management and operational standards (BMS).
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
Ability and willingness to work onsite (office and client locations) and remotely.
Must have a clean driving record and be able to use a company or customer-owned vehicle as required for business purposes.

Knowledge of Automotive CAN and Ethernet.
Experience with embedded systems, software development, and model-based design.
Familiarity with requirement management tools like DNG (DOORs).
Knowledge of automotive process models (e.g., Automotive SPICE).
Business level English proficiency.
