A major automotive supplier of technologies such as lighting, electronics, sensors and autonomous driving systems.
The HRBP provides hands-on support across all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, and HR administration. This role is ideal for a professional with several years of HR experience who is eager to contribute to a fast-paced, international organization.

- Calculate salaries, manage social security, and administer benefits, taxes, and bonus structures.
Conduct market surveys, evaluate positions, and design compensation and performance management systems.
Draft, implement, and update HR policies and workflows, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Support management in personnel supervision, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Develop and manage training programs, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Organize employee engagement activities, manage labor contracts, and support visa/work permit processes.
Liaise with local government on HR matters and ensure compliance with labor laws and EHS standards.

- 応募資格（必須）
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor market trends, and HR practices in international environments in Japan.
