Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    Calculate salaries, manage social security, and administer benefits, taxes, and bonus structures.
    Conduct market surveys, evaluate positions, and design compensation and performance management systems.
    Draft, implement, and update HR policies and workflows, ensuring alignment with business
    Support management in personnel supervision, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
    Develop and manage training programs, budgets, and
    Organize employee engagement activities, manage labor contracts, and support visa/work permit processes.

  • Requirements
    Bachelor's degree or higher.
    Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
    Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience.
    Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
