The firm is seeking an experienced Customer Center Manager to manage a key automotive OEM account in Japan.
This full-time position is based in Yokohama and requires frequent travel to Ota City.
The role involves strategic account management, commercial negotiations, and driving customer-focused initiatives to strengthen long-term partnership.
You will serve as the primary sales contact for the customer, leading cross-functional projects involving multiple business units.

- Contract & Standards Management: Coordinate internal reviews of customer contracts and negotiate global terms and conditions.
Claim Management: Develop and execute claim strategies, acting as the key negotiator for cross-business area claims.
Commercial Management: Lead activities to improve commercial performance, manage crisis topics, and enhance digitalization for B2B portals and CRM systems.
Sustainability: Align and negotiate customer sustainability requirements with corporate sustainability strategies.
Customer & Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, collaborate with product and marketing teams, and identify opportunities for early-stage involvement in customer development processes.
Volume Planning: Provide accurate OEM production volume forecasts and maintain a global intelligence framework.
Customer Communication & Events: Define and execute marketing and communication plans in collaboration with the local marketing team.
Customer Experience: Track customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and implement improvement actions.

- 応募資格(必須)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in customer-related roles (sales, project management, program management, business controlling) within the automotive industry, or at least 2 years working with the specified OEM.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork abilities; proactive approach.
Education: Degree in Business or Engineering preferred.
Technical: Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with automotive business processes is a plus.
Languages: Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
