This is a key account manager position that expands the OEM business for off-road/non-passenger cars in the Japanese market. The products we handle are power products such as automotive compressors, alternators, and 12V/48V electrical products. For manufacturers of construction machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial vehicles, and special vehicles, we are responsible for everything from acquiring new business to price negotiations and profit management.
In addition to responding to existing customers, we will focus on new development activities aimed at expanding market share. Based on customer technical requirements and market trends, we will work with the in-house project team to lead proposals with quality, cost, and delivery time (QCD) in mind.

This is a Key Account Manager role responsible for expanding the Off-Road / Non-passenger vehicle OEM business in the Japanese market.
The product portfolio includes power-related components such as:
・Automotive compressors
・Alternators
・12V / 48V electrical systems
You will be responsible for the entire business cycle for construction machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial vehicles, and specialty vehicle manufacturers from new business acquisition and price negotiations to profitability management.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Developing new OEM business (approx. 70~80%)
    , developing new customers
    in the off-road/non-passenger car market, applying existing Valeo products, proposing
    repurposing, conducting customer specification hearings and adjusting technical conformance
    , responding to RFQs, submitting quotations, formulating
    pricing strategies, negotiating contracts, and leading the business acquisition process

    ■ Existing customer management (approx. 20~30%)
    , building and maintaining
    relationships with existing customers, negotiating price revisions (raw materials, quantity changes, and responding to market fluctuations),
    sales and profit management, receivables management (overdue management),
    and customer contact in the event of quality and logistics problems

    ■Global cooperation

    with China, India, and European bases, coordination with product supply sites, ensuring
    price consistency, and cooperation with key account managers in each country
