This position is responsible for expanding the customer base and representing the brand.
Drive business expansion through strategy development and execution, market analysis, and identification of new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
He provides leadership to global project members and sales teams and helps foster a high-performance culture.
Job Description

- Develop and execute
customer acquisition strategies to drive sales growthConduct comprehensive market analysis to identify
new business opportunitiesCreate and implement
effective sales presentations for potential customersCoordinate cross-functional collaboration
to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processesNegotiate contracts and close
deals to meet or exceed sales targets Analyze sales data and predict future trends to support
strategic decision-making, understand
industry trends, competitor activities, and Toyota's product information, provide
leadership to global project members and global sales teams in Japan and abroad, and actively contribute to improvement activities.

- Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience (including outside the automotive industry)Understanding
of Japanese business culture and customsSpeed and results-oriented mindsetAbility
to travel for customer meetings and eventsProject management and strategic planningEnglish
: TOEIC700 points or higher, Or a level that can be used in business without hindrance (used on a daily basis in emails and meetings)
Japanese: Japanese Proficiency Test N1 or higher, or native level.

- Experience in the automotive industry: At least 5 years
of in-depth knowledge
of the automotive industry, particularly Toyota, experience leading sales teams,
excellent communication skills (building and maintaining relationships), advanced negotiation and problem-solving skills
