In the Hiroshima area, I am in charge of infrastructure business development for Micromobility Share. You will have a deep understanding of transportation issues in Hiroshima (the last mile of public transportation, improvement of mobility in the central city area, etc.) and implement micromobility as a solution to this problem in society.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Business Growth and Organizational Management We
    will take responsibility for the P/L of the entire business in the Hiroshima area, and will grow our business by running an improvement cycle based on usage data and customer feedback.
    With a view to recruiting and managing future team members, we will lay the foundation for an organization that will drive the business in Hiroshima.

    ■Promoting
    alliances that move the region In cooperation with administrative agencies such as Hiroshima Prefecture and Hiroshima City, we will lead the construction of a micromobility network linked to urban planning and peace and tourism policies.
    We build relationships with stakeholders unique to Hiroshima, such as leading local companies, commercial facilities, hotels, universities, and peace-related organizations, and realize win-win alliances.

    ■Formulation and implementation
    of infrastructure strategies that envision the future of Hiroshima We analyze which areas and in what form to optimize the movement of residents and tourists, and formulate and implement strategies.
    It will complement existing transportation networks such as trams and buses and maximize value as a "regional transportation infrastructure" to create a seamless travel experience.
  • Requirements
    ・At least 3 years of experience
