In order to scale the corporate business, I will lead the account sales team responsible for maximizing GMV for enterprise companies and maximize results in both organizational and business aspects.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- ・Maximize GMV of the customer in charge:
Consistently in charge of contract acquisition ~ GMV, leading the team to achieve goals with their own performance.
・Improving overall throughput of account sales:
Strategy planning ~ building sales flows, identifying issues through KPI management, hiring necessary personnel, etc. Various operations
and cross-functional collaborations to achieve goals as a team:
Structurally organize customer needs and contribute to the evolution of services in collaboration with product development (PdM) and business planning.

- ・More than
3 years of corporate sales experience for intangible products ・Those who
have a track record of proposal activities after understanding customer issues ・Leader and management experience: Experience in team management of 3 or more people, or experience in leading
projects as a leader ・Experience in solution sales to engineering plastic companies and deep cultivation of individual companies
