The company is working on the development of new mobility, including electric vehicles. Currently, we are focusing on the research and development of new energy vehicles, and in the future, we will build a manufacturing and sales system for vehicles developed in-house, aiming to develop our business as a new automobile brand originating in Japan.
He is in charge of some areas of the nationwide sales network and plays an important role in connecting customers⇔, sales sites, ⇔ brands through local business negotiation support at the front line of sales.
By realizing attractive EV sales, we will play a pioneering role in the spread of EVs in the Japanese market at the dawn of EV popularization.
Job Description

- Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced and advanced CRM functions that surpass the automotive industry using AI/DX, and
create the best EV sales team
in Japan through interactive and agile sales management (1) Educational support necessary for on-site new car negotiations (products, market environment, subsidies, power plans, charging assets, etc.)
(2) Direct support for on-site new car negotiations (on-site or online)
(3) Follow-up of PDCA in the negotiation process (suggestion of improvement FB and NEXT ACTION)
(4) Picking up on-site good practices and in-house proposing and implementing
innovative sales strategies and tactics necessary for negotiations (5) Modeling of a high-quality sales negotiation process that is unique

- Requirements
- ・Area manager/SV experience
in automobile sales (both domestic and imported) ・Experience in EV-related businesses
