    Lead and coordinate software and system testing, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
    Mentor and guide distributed test resources, supporting Agile and Waterfall teams with test planning and strategy.
    Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and promote QA best practices across projects.
    Represent the project to customers regarding testing progress and coverage.
    Manage release activities, defect triaging, and maintenance of regression/smoke tests.
    Coordinate shared test environments to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • 応募資格（必須）
    Strong background in software test management, functional and non-functional testing.
    Experience leading distributed testing teams and working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
    Familiarity with test automation, defect tracking, and source control systems.
    Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
    Solid track record in software testing and structured test methods.
    Japanese and English proficiency.
  • 応募資格（優遇）
    ISTQB or JSTQB Test Manager certification.
    Understanding of automotive development processes and testing of connectivity/telematics systems.
    Experience in Agile delivery environments.
