Senior Space Systems Engineer

As a Senior Systems Engineer you will be the cornerstone of an exciting move into the Japanese space industry. With your expert understanding of space systems, client needs, and innovative thinking you will turn ambitious ideas into reality and make space an accessible resource for all. Your technical proposals and foresight will provide the necessary roadmap for customers to see their space based projects through to smooth implementation.

    -Help guide clients and team members to effectively integrate satellite system designs to meet mission requirements.
    -Help define requirements and criteria for mission execution.
    -With the support of the sales team, act as a point of contact with clients maintaining a strong relationship.
    -Test and ensure compliance of integrated systems to assure mission readiness.
    -Track and report mission updates, methodologies, and developments directly to the C-suite members.
  • 応募資格（必須）
    -Strong English speaking ability.
    -Broad and expert level knowledge of satellite systems across subsystems, from power to communication and beyond.
    -Strong experience creating technical proposals and communicating key-points.
    -Strong ability defining requirements from customers and integrating requirements into development plans.
    -5+ years of professional experience related to engineering of complex aerospace systems.
    -Proactive and adaptable personality.
  • 応募資格（優遇）
    -Intermediate Japanese ability or higher.
    -Experience with space industry specific software such as STK or GMAT and CAD software.
    -Knowledge of programming languages such as C++ or Python.
    -Experience with Fault Tree Analysis or Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FTA or DFMEA).
    -Experience with Jira or similar tools.
