職種要約

Execute, maintain, and improve customer quality standards while supporting manufacturing plants on customer expectations and requirements.
Manage and coordinate communication between customers and internal plants.
Lead and support plants in understanding customer requirements, evaluations, and audits within the region.
Coordinate quality documentation submissions for APQP, PPAP, and 4M changes.
Support plants in corrective actions, including 8D problem-solving and market quality trend analysis.
Review, validate, and submit quality-related documents (e.g., change requests, 8D reports) in line with customer requirements and internal approval processes.
応募資格（必須）

5+ years of experience in automotive quality, manufacturing, and/or engineering.
Strong background in quality systems, tools, and processes.
Experience in customer-facing roles within Quality, Product Development, Project Management, or Sales.
Solid problem-solving skills and experience with structured methodologies (e.g., 8D).
Data analysis experience related to warranty performance, PPM, and warranty claim validation.
Knowledge of FMEA / PFMEA and customer PPAP management.
応募資格（優遇）

Experience with Mazda quality standards.
Product knowledge related to clusters, displays, or CMU systems.
