職種要約

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of plant accounting and financial information in compliance with group policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
Manage and control the plant budget, including forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking against targets.
Monitor raw material costs and margins on goods sold, and analyze deviations to support corrective actions.
Evaluate and validate the financial justification of investments and ensure ongoing financial follow-up.
Prepare plant budgets, forecasts, and financial reports in line with group procedures and deadlines.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support management decisions impacting the plant.
Contribute to the definition, financial evaluation, and follow-up of plant action plans.
Control plant cash flow, including investments, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory levels.
Lead and develop the plant finance function, initially managing one controller, with potential team expansion from 2027 based on business growth.
応募資格（必須）

Business School or Engineering background with a degree or specialization in Finance.
Business-level Japanese and English proficiency.
5–10 years of professional experience in finance, controlling, or a related function, ideally in a manufacturing environment.

Experience in plant or industrial controlling.
Strong analytical skills and ability to partner with operations and management.
