Play a critical role in the development of new technologies to advance humanity by overseeing the human resources department. By your smooth implementation of new policies and systems, recruitment processes, and people management your work will ensure the team's success at the most core level.

- -Oversee the development of the human resources department, introducing new systems and optimizing old systems to ensure proficiency.
-Work with senior department members to determine key hiring needs and implement new recruitment strategies.
-Manage vendors and recruitment agencies as a point of contact.
-Create organizational development programs and measure to boost company morale and retention.
-Participate in public relations activities.
-Help devise and implement labor management policies.

- 応募資格（必須）
- -3 Years experience in human resources related to recruitment, labor management, or similar expertise.
-Strong interest in the space industry.
-Business level Japanese or higher.
