Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ■Construction and sophistication
    of strategic HR operations In addition to "operating" the foundation of compensation, evaluation, and HRIS (human resources system), we also formulate improvement plans based on data. Build the best HR platform to maximize your organization's productivity.

    ■Evolution
    of the personnel system to maximize organizational performance Regardless of the existing framework, we update the compensation and evaluation system and various rules in line with changes in the business environment. We will lead the creation of a system that is directly linked to the motivation and results of the workplace.

    ■As the right-hand man in charge of
    the HRBP function that drives change, he leads talent management, organizational design for the right people in the right place, and change management. We proactively solve on-site issues and support agile organizational management without stagnation.

    ■Creation
    of Global Synergy As the Japanese representative of global projects, including the head office, we will implement and localize global standard personnel measures at our Japanese bases while reflecting local voices.


    HR Operations Planning to Execution
    HR Operations for Technical Center (compensation, evaluation, payroll, labor management, HRIS, etc.)
    Management and improvement planning to ensure that overall operations are executed effectively.

    ■Planning/operation of HR policies
    Support organizational operations by reviewing, operating, and improving HR systems such as compensation and evaluation, and various rules and regulations as appropriate.

    ■HRBP function
    Support the workplace and employees to ensure that organizational operations do not become stagnant by allocating the right person to the right position, transferring personnel, establishing, revising, or abolishing organizations, operating systems, and managing change, in cooperation with other divisions.

    ■Working with Group HR
    Participate and lead in local and global projects within the group to implement HR initiatives.
  • Requirements
    ■Senior HRBP
