Job Description

  • Responsibilities
    ● Planning to Execution of HR Operations
    HR operations of the Technical Center (compensation, evaluation, payroll, labor management, HRIS, etc.)
    Manage and plan improvements to ensure that overall operations are executed effectively.
    Planning/operation of HR policies
    Support organizational operations by reviewing, operating, and improving HR systems such as compensation and evaluation, and various rules and regulations as appropriate.
    HRBP function
    Support the workplace and employees to ensure that organizational operations do not become stagnant, including allocation of the right person to the right position, personnel transfers, establishment, revision or abolition of organizations, system operation, and change management, in cooperation with other divisions.
    Collaborate with Group HR
    Participate in and lead local and global projects within the Group to implement HR initiatives.

  • Requirements
    At least 5-7 years of HR experience as a generalist ・Business level Japanese and English language skills
